1st shift = 5:30am - 3:30pm / Mon-Thurs. 4x10 Flexible 2nd shift = 3:00pm - 1:00am / Mon-Thurs. 4x10

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Associate degree or other applicable technical degree required. - MUST 1 year of work experience with product repair/service, complex electronic products. Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings. Ability to perform electromechanical system troubleshooting and repair to component level as well as the diagnosis and repair of mechanical issues. Demonstrated ability to multi-task across a variety of repair jobs. Excellent soldering skills and knowledge of soldering techniques are essential. Demonstrated ability to read/understand product design schematics, assembly documentation, and component datasheets. Experience and understanding of product test & calibration methods and fundamentals. Experience working safely with High Voltages. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Inspect, repair, test, calibrate, and install assemblies and finished products to ensure conformance with specifications and quality standards. Perform assigned activities from oral and/or written instructions, drawings, or other manufacturing information. Follow established procedures/work instructions for assigned activities. Handle materials in accordance with established procedures. This is an immediate opening with a quick start, with work beginning as early as Monday. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in maintaining the functionality and quality of our electronic and mechanical equipment through precise troubleshooting, repair, and assembly. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical and electrical background to contribute to a dynamic production environment. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair electronic assemblies, including PCB (Printed Circuit Board) components, using schematic diagrams and technical documentation. Utilize soldering techniques, surface mount technology (SMT), and hand tools to assemble, modify, or repair electronic devices. Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and IPC 610 standards to ensure compliance during repairs. Operate power tools, machining equipment, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement devices for precise troubleshooting. Perform electrical wiring tasks, including connecting programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other control systems. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and parts used for quality assurance purposes. Follow safety protocols and manufacturing standards to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in the assembly of mechanical components using hand tools and machining techniques when required. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements. Experience Proven experience working with PCB assemblies, soldering, and surface mount technology in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with electrical wiring, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting electrical systems. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their integration within machinery. Experience adhering to IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly quality. Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using calipers, power tools, hand tools, and machining equipment. Strong understanding of electrical concepts including Ohm's law and circuit testing. Prior work involving assembly processes, mechanical knowledge, or electronics repair is highly desirable. Ability to read technical schematics accurately and follow detailed instructions effectively.
