Full Job Description AC/DC Electric Motor Winder Technician Pay:

$25•34 per hour DOE Relocation Assistance, Housing Assistance & Sign-On Bonus Available We are seeking an experienced AC/DC Electric Motor Winder Technician to repair, rebuild, test, and rewind industrial electric motors and electromechanical equipment including experience winding and rewinding coils, armatures, stators, rotors, and transformers. Responsibilities Rewind AC/DC electric motors, armatures, wound rotors, stators, and transformers Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble industrial electric motors Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Operate motor shop equipment and testing instruments Complete repair documentation and work orders Maintain a safe and organized work environment Requirements Experience rewinding AC/DC motors, armatures, wound rotors, stators, or transformers Experience repairing industrial electric motors Ability to read schematics and technical drawings Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience using hand tools, power tools, and motor testing equipment Must be authorized to work in the United States Preferred Experience Electric Motor Repair Motor Rewinding Armature Repair Rotor/Stator Repair Transformer Repair Out-of-state candidates are encouraged to apply.
