Months Job Description:
The electrical technician role primarily builds harnesses and executes electrical testing on automotive and industrial systems. Also, supports electrical design, documentation, and basic integration of vehicle and robotics systems. Assists with schematics, BOM, and wiring harness design and review with senior engineering guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, rework, install, route, test and troubleshoot harnesses Test electrical & electronic systems in automotive / industrial systems Basic troubleshooting using lab equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope) Support prototype builds and testing Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues Assist with electrical schematics, system diagrams, and harness layouts Assist with creating and maintaining BOMs and other documentation What are the Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies required for this position? Min 5 years of relevant experience Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience Harness building and rework experience Hands-on electrical assembly and lab experience Basic lab/test equipment experience Basic knowledge of schematics, electrical wiring, BOMs, and harness design Basic knowledge of EE CAD tools (Altium preferred) Ability to interpret engineering specifications and collaborate across disciplines Support 3D harness layout in ME CAD Additional Skills (Preferred)

knowledge Familiarity with CAN bus Basic mechanical aptitude and hand tool use Familiarity with 3D CAD environments Familiarity with embedded programming What are the Optional skills and skill proficiencies for this position? Physical Requirements Ability to work in lab/shop environment and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Travel as needed
