  • :•Job Summary We are seeking an Electronics Repair Technician responsible for conducting, maintaining, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical/electronic components in a warehouse environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic components
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues down to the component level
  • Maintain efficiency and timeliness in completing repair orders and projects
  • Read and interpret schematic diagrams
  • Comply with quality performance standards
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
  • Follow warehouse safety regulations and ESD procedures
  • Handle hard drive devices and electronic components safely
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs Required Skills and Experience
  • Ability to pass a Technical Aptitude Test, when applicable
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuit componentry and theory
  • Experience using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and volt meters
  • Skilled in soldering and de-soldering techniques, including surface mount and thru-hole components
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills at the component level
  • Knowledge of ESD handling procedures and standards
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and task accuracy
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Previous electronics or technical repair experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience training or assisting users with technology
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow technically
  • Good written and verbal communication skills Educational Requirements
  • Minimum 2-year Electronics degree, equivalent Electronics certification, or equivalent work experience Physical Demands and Working Conditions
  • Warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs., if necessary
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to bend, push, pull, twist, and reach in a repetitive work environment
