The Role We are seeking an experienced Electronics Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will be the frontline expert for diagnosing and resolving electrical issues across the production floor, supporting product quality from early-stage assembly through final test. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and improve test coverage in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and debug electrical failures in manufactured products throughout the production process, from sub-assembly through functional test Perform systematic root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring electrical defects, documenting findings and driving permanent corrective actions Develop, implement, and validate electrical test procedures to improve defect detection and reduce escapes Interpret and work from schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and technical specifications Use test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and functional testers to diagnose failures Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and design teams to identify process improvements and reduce defect rates Document all failure analysis findings, test results, and corrective actions in an accurate and timely manner Support new product introduction (NPI) by providing feedback on testability and identifying potential failure modes Maintain and calibrate electrical test equipment as required Qualifications Associate's degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent technical training; or 5+ years of equivalent hands-on experience Proven experience troubleshooting electrical/electronic assemblies in a manufacturing environment Proficiency reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and PCB layouts Hands-on experience with standard test and measurement equipment Demonstrated ability to perform structured root cause analysis Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to document findings clearly Experience with robotic systems is preferred Compensation $35
  • $45/hr The above range is the salary range.
This position will also receive generous equity for this position.
