Job Description
Full-Time Currently seeking entry level Electronic Technician to join our team at Bush Intercontinental Airport. This will be a full-time, permanent position. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide preventative maintenance and scheduled maintenance on the below ground transit systems.

- Operate and maintain transit system
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance
- Perform inspections
- Perform repairs and adjustments
- Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
- Performs first line troubleshooting, train coordination, preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles and wayside equipment
- Makes recommendations for hardware and procedural changes that become evident during performance of maintenance, inspection or troubleshooting
- Interprets maintenance manuals, blueprints, schematics and drawings
- Performs tests and prepares reports as required
- Handles emergencies and failures in accordance with established procedures through immediate response and quick action
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety rules
- Participates in regular training to maintain the required level of knowledge to effectively maintain, repair, and troubleshoot the system.
- Conduct inspections and audits, as directed, to insure compliance of sub-contractors
- Complete logs, reports, administrative functions as necessary
- Performs receiving inspections as directed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Specialized technical training is a plus in any of the following categories: electrical, mechanical, or electronics from a recognized institution.
- 2 years' experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical electrical or electronic systems
- Valid driver's license
