This role focuses on the inspection, repair, flow testing, and calibration of turbine fuel nozzles to meet OEM and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities Disassemble, inspect, clean, repair, and reassemble gas turbine fuel nozzles Safely execute mechanical assembly and disassembly of Fuel Nozzle products. Operate flow bench equipment to verify fuel flow rates, spray patterns, pressure drop, and leakage Perform flow tests on both the air and liquid circuits of the products. Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools Diagnosing wear, damage, and performance issues and determining repairability Calibrate and balance fuel nozzles to OEM tolerances Accurately document inspections, test data, and repairs in accordance with quality system requirements Interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and repair manuals Maintain flow bench equipment, tooling, and test fixtures Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures Support continuous improvement and troubleshooting initiatives Maintain and practice good housekeeping within the assigned work area. Responsible for maintaining proper inventory control in the work area. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred) 2+ years of recent experience in turbine component repair, fuel nozzle repair, or precision mechanical assembly Hands-on experience operating flow bench or similar test equipment Strong understanding of gas turbine fuel systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and gauges Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Preferred Qualifications Experience with GE, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Solar, or similar turbine platforms Background in power generation, refinery, oil & gas, or chemical plant environments Experience working under
ISO 9001 / AS9100
