We are hiring Electronics Repair Technicians for multiple openings on both 1st and 2nd shift. This position is ideal for candidates with experience repairing, troubleshooting, testing, calibrating, or servicing electronic and electromechanical equipment. Candidates with electronics repair, bench technician, calibration technician, avionics, military electronics, industrial electronics, or electromechanical troubleshooting backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, test, and calibrate electronic and electromechanical equipment Diagnose failures and perform component-level repairs Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical documentation Perform analog, digital, power, and high-voltage circuit troubleshooting Inspect, repair, and verify assemblies and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Determine root causes of equipment failures and complete corrective repairs Perform product upgrades, modifications, and adjustments as needed Use oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, insulation testers, power supplies, and other electronic test equipment Repair circuit boards, electronic assemblies, and wiring harnesses using soldering equipment and hand tools Follow work instructions, repair procedures, and quality standards Maintain accurate repair and testing documentation Requirements Associate Degree or Technical Degree required Minimum 1 year of experience repairing, servicing, or troubleshooting complex electronic equipment Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings Strong soldering skills and experience working with electronic assemblies Experience troubleshooting electronic and electromechanical systems to component level Understanding of electronic testing and calibration methods Experience working safely around high-voltage systems Ability to read and understand technical documentation and component datasheets Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Skills & Equipment Oscilloscopes Digital Multimeters (DMMs) Insulation Testers Power Supplies Soldering Irons Heat Guns Crimping Tools Electrical Schematics Electronic Circuit Analysis Calibration Equipment If you have hands-on electronics repair, soldering, calibration, or troubleshooting experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a 4-day work week, apply today.
