Dual license with esthetician is a plus. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative laser treatments and aesthetic services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for, while ensuring safety and precision in every procedure. Responsibilities Perform a variety of laser treatments, including esthetic laser procedures, laser hair removal, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines Assist clients with consultations, explaining treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions to ensure satisfaction and safety Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas, following health regulations and clinic policies Utilize software to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage treatment logs efficiently Able to upgrade/cross sell on other services. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to promote optimal results Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new laser technologies to continually improve skills and service offerings Experience Proven experience as a Laser Technician or in a similar esthetic or cosmetology role with hands-on experience in laser treatments Knowledge of retail sales techniques to promote skincare products and additional services effectively Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clientele Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetician practices preferred; specific training in laser technology required Commitment to maintaining sanitation standards and adhering to safety guidelines at all times Join us in delivering exceptional beauty experiences!
