The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cosmetology, customer service, and advanced esthetic treatments. The licensed esthetician will be responsible for delivering personalized skincare solutions, performing advanced treatments, and contributing to the overall guest experience. Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments. Provide body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair styling services. Administer botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and safety. Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demos to clients. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations. Utilize salon software such as Millennium and

for appointment scheduling and client records management. Engage in social media management to promote services and build client relationships. Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest services, appointment confirmations, and check-ins. Upsell additional treatments and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and revenue. Stay current with industry trends related to color theory, nail care, hair extensions, barbering, tattooing, and other esthetic services. Experience Valid cosmetology license with esthetician certification required. Experience with advanced skin care procedures such as laser treatments, dermabrasion, and injectables preferred. Proven skills in customer service, social media management, retail sales, and guest relations. Knowledge of salon management software including Millennium and

MINDBODY

is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatment options and aftercare. Experience with body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, straight razor shaving, deep tissue massage, and other esthetic or spa services is advantageous. Background in med spa environments or hospitality settings will be considered a plus.
