Full-time Full-time Shift:

We leverage automation, advanced material handling systems, and modern technology to support efficient warehouse operations and deliver exceptional service to our customers. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechatronics Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated equipment and control systems within our facilities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability and performance of our mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechatronic systems including packaging machines, printers, conveyors, sortation systems, PLC‑controlled equipment, robots, sensors, and drives Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, ladder logic, and technical manuals Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial networks Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new automation and equipment Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow CMMS procedures Comply with all safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies Collaborate with operations, engineering, and vendors to resolve equipment issues and improve processes Qualifications Associate degree or technical certification in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of hands‑on experience in an industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of electrical systems (AC/DC), motors, sensors, pneumatics, and hydraulics Experience with PLC platforms (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent preferred) Ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical systems under time‑sensitive conditions Comfortable working at heights, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing or walking for extended periods Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Skills Experience with automated material handling or distribution center equipment Robotics troubleshooting or programming experience Basic welding or fabrication skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO) Stable work environment with modern automation technologies Team‑oriented culture focused on safety and continuous improvement
