The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on various systems and equipment. This role requires a strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ensuring optimal performance of all technical operations. Duties Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues. Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components as needed. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all tasks. Provide technical support and guidance to other staff members as required. Requirements Proven experience as a Technician or similar role in a relevant field. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in the workplace. Certification or relevant training in technical fields is a plus but not mandatory.
