In this role, you will deliver advanced laser treatments and aesthetic procedures that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty goals through personalized care, professional guidance, and innovative technology. Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic laser treatments, including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and pigmentation correction, ensuring safety and optimal results. Provide exceptional customer service by consulting with clients to understand their goals, explaining treatment options clearly, and addressing any questions or concerns. Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and upcoming promotions or product demos to foster ongoing relationships. Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products tailored to individual needs and promoting new treatments or services. Experience Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments with certification in laser technology preferred. Strong background in customer service within a beauty or wellness setting. Knowledge of additional aesthetic services such as body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage is highly desirable. Familiarity with sanitation standards and safety procedures for aesthetic treatments. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients about procedures and products while building trust.
