Duties:
Scheduling and performing equipment calibration. Execution of routine ESD and aerosol particle counts inside the wafer fab. Maintain all calibration documents in accordance with governing procedures.Responsibilities:
Performance verification, repair, diagnostics and calibration of electronic equipment. Performing software, modular and component level upgrades and product modifications using schematics, diagnostic tools and procedures that comply with standard industry practices. Perform and maintain accurate records for wafer fab particle monitoring perISO 16644.
Perform and maintain accurate records for wafer fab ESD testing. Maintaining accurate records of tests and services performed, entering required information in the company's database. Calibration and repair of test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment. Developing calibration procedures and selecting appropriate standards. Completing applicable documentation related to assignments in a timely manner. Complying with all EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) requirements. Current Skills /Competencies:
Experience with working in an electronic environment Familiarity with various metrology tools and their functions Knowledge of general purpose test equipment such as multimeters and counters as well as basic hand tools Good verbal and written communication skills Must be a proven team player and self-starter Strong Microsoft computer skills Some heavy lifting may be required A.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering Technologies or equivalent experience in a related technical field.
