Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented A/B-Level Technician to join our team and drive operational excellence across our facilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving a variety of systems and equipment. As a Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, contributing directly to the success of our organization. Your proactive approach and technical skills will help us uphold high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems using schematics and technical manuals Troubleshoot issues with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical components, and mechanical equipment to identify root causes and implement effective solutions Conduct welding repairs and mechanical adjustments to maintain equipment integrity Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, maintenance history, and inventory levels Support facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and general building upkeep Lead or assist with residential painting projects as needed to maintain facility aesthetics Supervise or collaborate with team members on maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently Use tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and diagnostics to ensure system reliability Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally Maintain compliance with safety standards and participate in safety training sessions regularly Skills Strong knowledge of electrical systems and experience working with schematics for troubleshooting Proficiency in programming logic controllers (PLCs) for automation tasks Mechanical knowledge including welding techniques and mechanical repairs Experience with facilities maintenance across various building systems Ability to read technical schematics and electrical diagrams accurately Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork Supervising experience or leadership skills to guide junior team members effectively Competence in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing Customer service mindset with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism Basic residential painting skills for minor aesthetic repairs or touch-ups Join us as a Technician to be at the forefront of maintaining our operational infrastructure!
