Job Overview We are seeking an experience and motivated Electronics Engineering or a Level 4 Technician to join our technical Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help our design team, test prototypes in company Lab for NEW and existing company products.

Your proactive approach and dedication will drive the success of our engineering initiatives and ensure the TEAM meets company goals for product development. We design products for airborne, military, armed forces, Coast Guard, Navy, Airlines and General Aviation. Responsibilities Develop and manage projects to ensure completion of engineering tasks to meet company goals.Develop skills:
for pcb software to create new boards or make minor modifications.Circuit boards:
In house or work with contractors to meet project due dates.Bench Equipment:
Knowledge and experience operating O-scope, frequency analyzers, SG, DDM, SMT Tools, Lab equipment, power supply racks, Lab Training available to the hired individual. Replace SMT components, performing inspections, repairs, soldering, and have troubleshooting skills for circuit boards as needed. Perform root cause analysis for circuit board failures or malfunctions to identify underlying issues and implement effective solutions.Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Electronics Engineering or Level 4 Technician with a strong background in electronics, manufacturing and product development is a big plus. Proficiency in project scheduling, project management, use of software, MS-Office, and techniques to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. Strong pcb root cause analysis skills combined with a solid understanding of schematics, prototype testing, mechanical drawings, and electrical diagrams. Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, CAD FUSION
