7pm-7am & 7am-7pm (Nights/Day Shift Available)

What you'll tackle Troubleshoot and restore production equipment and facility electrical systems. Service AC/DC drives, motors, sensors, and distributed control hardware. Blend mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills to minimize downtime. Isolate faults in motors, drives, circuits, electronic components, and control systems. Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, control drawings, and technical manuals. Use PLCs for faultfinding, comms diagnostics, and controlled program edits. Configure and analyze Ethernet-based industrial networks and integrate devices. Leverage multimeters, oscilloscopes, and specialty tools to test and validate performance. Identify and qualify substitute components when OEMs are not available. Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for safety, quality, and reliability. Must-have know-how In-depth understanding of AC and DC drive systems and related power electronics. Speed feedback devices—theory, calibration, and operation. Temperature control fundamentals, sensors, and thermal systems. PID loop tuning, control logic, and process automation concepts. Industrial Ethernet networking and troubleshooting of connectivity issues.
PLC/HMI proficiency:
communications paths, program navigation, and disciplined edits. Strong grasp of electrical circuits, components, and safe diagnostic practices. Proven skill in testing, repairing, and commissioning motors, drives, and controls. Hands-on use of diagnostic instruments and measurement tools. Ability to source and validate alternative parts to maintain uptime. Environment and physical expectations High-activity manufacturing environment with loud noise and temperature extremes. Indoor/outdoor work as needed. Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and stooping. Regular manual work with tools, test equipment, and components. Lift up to 50 lbs with bending, twisting, or standing.
