Job Description

LAUNCH Defense is seeking a Metrology Technician. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to validate critical dimensions on complex assemblies using precision equipment such as Coordinate Measuring Machines, Laser Trackers, Romer Arms, and Laser Scanning equipment. Also candidate needs to have extensive experience in the use of Spatial Analyzer and PC-DMIS Measurement Software. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in calibration or measurement systems. Knowledge of ISO 17025 and other relevant standards. Knowledge of
ANSI Y 14.5 2018 GD&T
Standards. Proficient Analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using precision instruments and calibration software. Proficient documentation and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Validate critical dimensions on complex assemblies using precision equipment. Perform routine inspections and adjustments to ensure measurement accuracy. Document and record the measurement results during dimensional validation activities. Set up precision equipment used to validate critical dimension on complex assemblies.
Pay:
$39.00 - $48.00 per hour
