About Us Paige Co Professional Services Inc. delivers advanced automation and technology integration solutions across oilfield operations. We specialize in PLC/RTU systems, SCADA integration, and industrial networking, supporting clients throughout the Permian Basin and surrounding regions. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Systems Integrator (Intermediate or Senior level) to design, implement, and commission industrial automation systems. This role works across PLC/RTU controls, SCADA systems, networking, and instrumentation interfaces while supporting project delivery and field operations. Key Responsibilities Systems Integration (Design & Implementation) Design and implement automation systems including PLC/RTU configuration and control logic Configure industrial networking and communications (radio, cellular, satellite, Ethernet) Integrate field instrumentation and production systems into SCADA environments Commissioning & Field Deployment Perform device configuration, loop checks, I/O verification, and functional testing Troubleshoot system issues and implement corrective solutions Support field deployment planning and equipment staging Documentation & Technical Standards Develop and maintain network diagrams, I/O lists, and commissioning reports Ensure accurate "as-built" documentation and technical records Maintain service logs and change documentation Team Coordination & Support Collaborate with Automation Technicians on installation and troubleshooting Provide technical guidance and support field teams Escalate complex issues with recommended solutions Quality, Safety & Client Interaction Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards Communicate professionally with clients regarding system performance and issues Identify root causes and recommend system improvements Intermediate vs. Senior Level Intermediate Integrator Executes integrations and commissioning with oversight Produces standard documentation and supports troubleshooting Senior Integrator Leads project execution segments Mentors team members and provides advanced troubleshooting and design input Minimum Requirements Education High school diploma required Post-secondary technical training (automation, controls, electrical, IT/networking) required
Experience Intermediate:
4+ years in automation, controls, or systems integration
Senior:
7+ years with leadership experience in commissioning and integration Technical Skills PLC/RTU configuration and troubleshooting Industrial networking (TCP/IP, Modbus, radio systems) SCADA connectivity and telemetry systems Ability to read P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and schematics Strong documentation and technical reporting skills Knowledge of oilfield equipment (separators, pumps, compression, water disposal systems) Other Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to travel and work in field/industrial environments Preferred Qualifications Degree in Engineering Technology, Automation/Controls, Electrical, or IT/Networking Advanced SCADA and telemetry experience Experience leading commissioning or integration projects Strong troubleshooting and system design background Work Environment Field-based with travel to client sites across the region Work in outdoor and industrial environments Schedule flexibility based on project timelines Why Join Us?
