Repair Technician Focus:
Electronics repair, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation Key skills: Soldering, schematics, rectifiers, electrical testing, and ERP documentation About Our Client Our client is a global leader in power and thermal management solutions, supporting innovative technology across industries such as electronics, energy, industrial automation, and smart infrastructure. This role supports hands-on repair and testing work within a technical manufacturing/service environment. What You'll Do Monitor the active work list and complete assigned repairs. Troubleshoot, repair, and test rectifiers. Test electrical components to confirm functionality and reliability. Work with air-assisted cooling systems and multiple testing stations. Perform tests including HPT, SPT, Hi-Pot, Purge/Clean, Test-1, and Burn-In. Support root cause analysis to identify and resolve product issues. Replace defective components using soldering equipment and hand tools. Document completed work in an ERP system. What You Need Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent education/work experience. Soldering and electronic circuit repair experience. Experience reading schematics and drawings to troubleshoot electronic circuits. Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software tools quickly. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Nice to Have EE or EET background. Experience with rectifier circuitry. Working knowledge of oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other meters. Knowledge of industry-standard soldering requirements and techniques. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and bend for extended periods. Good vision required. Ability to sit, reach, use hand dexterity, speak, see, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
