Come work on the Amazon Prime Air Team! Prime Air is seeking a Repair Technician who combines technical skills with a passion for maintaining machinery and aircraft. This person will be responsible for drone maintenance and routine service, ensuring the aircraft conforms to design, and that vehicles are in safe operating condition. This candidate is expected to work closely with engineering, flight operations, and other Prime Air teams to deliver on their assigned responsibilities. This individual should possess strong analytical skills, be a self-starter, and work well independently. Key job responsibilities Drive time-based and condition-based maintenance activities Show understanding of fleet performance metrics Verify adherence to FAA regulations and Prime Air directives and processes Manage fleet spare parts and inventory Demonstrate proactive safety mindset in ambiguous situations Follow detailed instructions outlined in technical manuals This role requires the ability to carry/lift up to 50 lbs, stand / walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach. This role requires the ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays This role requires travel, up to 25% of the time.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in mechanical and electrical integration or assembly Can carry/lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach Travel up to 25% of the time Experience with common business applications and tools (i.e. Microsoft Office, ie. Word, Excel, etc.)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
