Repairs and services generators Inspects, repairs, services, and starts up load bank test requirements on equipment Troubleshoots equipment and services generator components including alternators, wiring, switches, and batteries. Applies proper engine technical skills in inspection, disassembly, failure analysis, assembly, diagnosis, and engine operating Identifies the problem and cause of failure through logical troubleshooting steps, determines corrective action Repairs and troubleshoots engines Performs on site maintenance and repair to customers equipment

Job Type:

Full-time Duties Perform diagnostics and repairs on generators, including diesel engine repair and electrical troubleshooting Use schematics and technical manuals to identify issues and execute repairs accurately Conduct routine maintenance on generator systems to ensure optimal performance Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques for repairs and assembly Maintain detailed service records and document repair procedures Engage in heavy lifting tasks safely during parts replacement or system upgrades Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair status and recommendations effectively Experience Proven experience in diesel engine repair, automotive repair, or heavy equipment maintenance Strong electrical experience with knowledge of schematics and wiring diagrams Mechanical knowledge of engines, power systems, and equipment repair techniques Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance, welding, soldering, and the use of hand tools and power tools Prior experience working with generator systems or electrical power solutions highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong customer service orientation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments

Pay:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
