Job Summary The Electrical Technician supports field electrical maintenance activities and electrical isolation (Lock Out Tag Out - LOTO) for lighting, air conditioning, motors, and related systems. This role involves hands-on electrical work, troubleshooting, and supporting safe operations in industrial or commercial environments. Key Responsibilities The Electrical Technician will: Provide guidance and technical support to junior technicians Assemble, test, maintain, and modify electrical equipment and control systems Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify causes of equipment failures Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Support and follow required LOTO procedures Document work performed and report equipment issues Recommend repairs, upgrades, or replacement of electrical equipment Communicate field conditions and solutions clearly to supervisors and team members Required Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in an electrical maintenance or related role Relevant electrical certification(s) or equivalent hands-on experience Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support others Ability to work under changing priorities and tight deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience High Voltage (HV) power transmission and distribution Electrical dispatch or operations support SCADA systems experience (Ignition, Wonderware, GE HMI, or similar) Familiarity with analytics or monitoring systems such as Seeq Experience with industrial instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems Exposure to AspenTech or ABB Xenon SCADA systems #LI-KC2 If you are interested in applying for this job please press the Apply Button and follow the application process.
