Summary:

This critical role will coordinate activities with refinishing production to meet all specification and quality requirements. This role will be responsible for the daily rebuild and calibration of the paint spray equipment as well as the control and operation of the Maintenance / Electrical equipment.

Objective:

To troubleshoot, maintain, rebuild and repair essential machinery to the golf ball sorting operations. To successfully perform daily cleaning and assembly of the spray equipment to support the golf ball refinishing operations. Essential Duties and responsibilities. 1. Troubleshoot plant machinery as assigned. 2. Maintain, Rebuild, and repair machines and spray equipment. 3. Work with Engineering to design, select, modify, and/or adapt equipment or procedures to specific project requirements. 4. Attention to detail is critical to maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements / Qualifications

1. Ability to install, repair, troubleshoot and maintain machinery and equipment. 2. Working knowledge and use of safe work practices including Lock Out - Tag out. 3. Should have a thorough knowledge of mechanical related production equipment. 4. Can follow manufacturing / equipment specifications. 5. Perform basic math calculations. 6. Perform preventive maintenance as directed by PM schedule and management. 7. Perform simple welding, plumbing, and machining. 8. Test, calibrate, and repair electronic & mechanical components. 9. Versed with electronic measuring, recording, and indicating instruments. 10. Capable to calibrate equipment for conformance to established standards 11.
