On-site About Us We are a growing automation and smart factory solutions company specializing in advanced material handling systems for manufacturing environments. We support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automated logistics equipment used in high-tech production facilities. We are currently seeking a qualified Electromechanical Lead Technician with experience in OHT equipment or similar automated material handling systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and field troubleshooting work. Korean and English bilingual communication skills are required to support coordination between Korean engineering teams, U.S. site teams, vendors, and customers. Position Overview The Electromechanical Lead Technician will support the installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of OHT equipment and related automation systems. This role requires hands-on experience with mechanical assemblies, electrical wiring, sensors, motors, drives, controls, and field equipment troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Install, inspect, adjust, and troubleshoot OHT equipment and related automation systems Support equipment commissioning, test runs, and start-up activities at the customer site Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting for motors, sensors, cables, panels, drives, and control components. Check equipment alignment, movement, positioning, and operational status. Diagnose and respond to equipment alarms, communication issues, and field operation problems. Support preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities Coordinate with Korean engineers, U.S. site teams, vendors, and customer representatives Review technical drawings, wiring diagrams, manuals, and equipment documentation. Lead or assist junior technicians during installation, testing, and troubleshooting work Provide on-site technical support and issue reporting as needed Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with site safety rules Requirements Experience with OHT equipment, automated material handling systems, conveyor systems, AGV/AMR, robotics, or industrial automation equipment preferred. Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals Familiarity with sensors, motors, drives, I/O devices, control panels, and industrial equipment wiring Basic understanding of PLC-controlled equipment is preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond to field issues quickly Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to communicate in both Korean and English Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing or construction environment Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or adjusted schedules when required by project needs Willingness to travel occasionally, if needed Benefits Competitive salary up to $90,000 per year, based on experience Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) 401(k) 6% matching Paid time off Paid holidays Relocation assistance may be available Career growth opportunities in the automation and smart factory industry
