Woodworking Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance to join our team and help ensure that our residential properties are well-maintained and in good condition. The appointed applicant will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks, responding to resident requests, and assisting with larger renovation projects as needed. This is a full-time position with benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, such as replacing light fixtures, unclogging drains, and fixing minor electrical and plumbing issues. Respond promptly and professionally to resident requests for repairs and maintenance, and work to resolve any issues in a timely manner. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any potential maintenance or safety issues. Assist with larger renovation and repair projects, such as painting, flooring, and appliance installation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance and repair activities, including work orders and expenses. Order and maintain an inventory of necessary supplies and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and work area. Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or vocational training in a relevant field preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems and techniques. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of safety regulations and practices. Must have certifications (HVAC / Pool).
