You Earnings:
$80,000•$110,000 annually, based on experience.Work-Life Rhythm:

What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days, you're the go-to expert across multiple makes and models, diagnosing confidently, preventing comebacks, elevating shop standards, and coaching teammates to do their best work—safely and efficiently. Your Core Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, steering, and HVAC. Use Alldata, Mitchell OnDemand, and modern scan equipment to interpret data, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Explain findings to service advisors and customers, recommending needed repairs and preventative maintenance. Mentor junior technicians, reinforcing best practices, safety, and quality. Conduct thorough post-repair road tests and inspections to ensure work is completed right the first time. Document all work accurately and maintain a clean, organized, safety-compliant workspace.What You Bring Required:
Minimum 5+ years of verifiable experience as an Automotive Technician in a passenger vehicle repair shop.Required:
A complete professional-grade toolset.Required:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Required:
Advanced proficiency with computerized diagnostic equipment and strong aptitude for technical documentation.Preferred:
Current ASE Master Technician Certification. Exceptional problem-solving, a sharp eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
