As a Repair Technician II, you will be part of the Service Operations supporting the repair, refurbishment, and troubleshooting of infusion pumps. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a strong technical aptitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Mon-Fri | 8:00AM-5:00PM What's the Job? Perform activities related to the repair, refurbishment, and upgrades of medical devices, specifically infusion pumps. Troubleshoot and analyze customer device returns to identify root causes of issues. Document repair, refurbishment, complaint investigations, and rework activities accurately in device tracking systems. Assist with out-of-box failure analysis, yield improvement activities, and technical investigations. Support training of new employees on key service processes, including PCI analysis and device history investigations. What's Needed? High School diploma or GED; technical degree or experience preferred. 1-3 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing, service repair, or related environments. Proficiency with troubleshooting electronic/mechanical equipment, including reading schematics and using testing tools. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
