We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team, where you will play a critical role in diagnosing complex mechanical issues and ensuring the peak performance of our facility infrastructure. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on diverse mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Ensure total adherence to safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and machine safety inspections. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment effectiveness and streamline facility workflows. Maintain precise documentation of all maintenance logs, repairs, and inspection findings. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff to foster team growth and knowledge sharing. Operate specialized support equipment such as aerial lifts and forklifts to facilitate repairs. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including 120/208/240/480 voltage systems. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use precision tools like calipers and micrometers. Demonstrated experience with industrial electrical systems and equipment repair. Preferred Skills Relevant technical certifications or vocational training. Experience with welding processes such as MIG, TIG, or flux-cored arc welding. Familiarity with HVAC systems and conveyor maintenance. Proven ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
