Join Farmer Brothers' Revive Service & Restoration team and keep coffee and tea programs brewing across your region. You'll be the go-to pro for installing, diagnosing, and repairing commercial beverage equipment—while keeping customers informed every step of the way. Is this you? Comfortable juggling scheduled maintenance with the occasional emergency call? Confident installing, wiring, and troubleshooting coffee brewers and dispensers? Great at documentation, from work notes to invoices and customer sign-offs? Organized enough to manage parts inventory and reorder on time? A clear, friendly communicator who builds trust quickly? Your impact Install, service, and remove coffee and beverage dispensing equipment across a designated territory.
Handle planned and unplanned service:
preventive maintenance, site surveys, emergency calls, and new installs. Rotate through after-hours and weekend on-call coverage. Keep spare parts stocked according to replenishment guidelines.
Complete all required documentation:
call closure, precise work details, invoices, and customer signatures. Plan and execute equipment installations in partnership with the team. Share customer feedback with management and partner departments. Meet or exceed defined service level agreements (SLAs) and prioritize tasks to expectations. Where you'll work and when
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. On-call required, including weekends (after hours).
Territory:
typically within a 100-mile driving radius; occasional regional trips. What it takes High school diploma or GED. At least 3 years of mechanical/technical experience. Foodservice experience preferred. Background with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and test/tech meters preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to travel 100+ miles from the branch. Ability to diagnose equipment issues and lift up to 60 lbs frequently. Comfort switching between scheduled and unscheduled work (PMs, surveys, installs, emergencies). Skills you'll use daily Customer service and communication Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting Electrical installation, repair, wiring, and reading schematics HVAC troubleshooting fundamentals Maintenance and general repair Equipment diagnostics and commissioning Pay, perks, and policies At Farmer Brothers, we are committed to pay transparency and ensuring fair and competitive compensation for all employees. The base salary range for this role is defined above and may vary depending on experience and qualifications. To account for cost-of-living differences, we apply location-based salary adjustments. Employees working in higher-cost cities may receive a geographical pay premium, which is determined based on market data and local economic factors. If applicable, your specific salary will be discussed during the hiring process based on your work location. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which may include benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off. The total leave provided in the Company's Paid Time Off ("PTO") policy is in at least an amount of hours and pay sufficient to satisfy the requirements of state or local laws in the locations where the Company operates.
