In this vital role, you will diagnose complex mechanical issues, perform advanced repairs, and ensure all equipment operates at peak performance. Your expertise will keep our fleet safe, reliable, and compliant with industry standards. As a Master Mechanic, you will also mentor junior technicians and uphold the highest safety and quality standards across all maintenance activities. Responsibilities Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using specialized tools such as ohmmeters to measure electrical resistance. Perform comprehensive repairs and preventive maintenance on a wide range of vehicles and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify root causes of recurring problems and implement effective solutions promptly. Maintain detailed service records, including repair logs, inspection reports, and maintenance schedules. Mentor and train junior mechanics to develop their technical skills and promote best practices within the team. Conduct inspections using diagnostic tools to verify the integrity of electrical systems and mechanical components. Ensure all work is completed efficiently while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and environmental standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Master Mechanic or equivalent senior technician role with extensive knowledge of vehicle systems. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to accurately assess electrical circuits. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across various vehicle types. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues methodically. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides with precision. Valid certification or license as required by local regulations; ASE Master Technician certification preferred. Pay:
