Our business includes three thriving divisions: Coffee Roasting, Beverage Equipment Service, and Private Label Manufacturing. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, fast-paced, team-oriented workplace where employees have opportunities to learn, grow, and make a real impact. We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our Beverage Equipment team. This position will primarily focus on bench refurbishment, repair, testing, and maintenance of commercial coffee and beverage equipment in our shop. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial coffee and beverage equipment Perform bench refurbishment and preventative maintenance on returned equipment Disassemble, clean, rebuild, and test equipment to ensure proper operation Replace worn or defective components and perform quality control inspections Document repairs, parts usage, and service activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support the service team with technical projects and equipment preparation Assist with occasional field service work as needed What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills Experience repairing equipment, machinery, appliances, or electronics preferred Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment Valid driver's license preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with coffee equipment, beverage systems, foodservice equipment, or related industries Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, or technical service experience is a plus Technical school or vocational training is a plus Why Join Us?
