About the Role Join a forward-thinking team at the forefront of industrial automation! We are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing advanced control systems. Your expertise in PLC programming and robotic systems will be essential in enhancing operational efficiency and driving innovation within our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Maintain and repair electromechanical drives, sensors, and automated machinery. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to install and evaluate electromechanical systems. Troubleshoot and repair CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies. Program PLCs, HMIs, and PC-based systems to optimize automation processes. Work with three-phase power and various control voltages to ensure system reliability. Utilize shop tools and testing equipment to maintain and repair electromechanical control systems. Contribute to the development of innovative automated solutions that enhance manufacturing capabilities. Qualifications Required Skills Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies. Strong knowledge of working with three-phase power and various control voltages. Ability to use shop tools and testing equipment for electromechanical system maintenance and repair. Experience with electrical schematics and troubleshooting industrial automation equipment. Preferred Skills Knowledge of programming PLCs, HMIs, and PC-based systems. Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., Solidworks, AutoCAD). Experience with industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, Yaskawa Motoman). Understanding of design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles.
