EXPERIENCE DEPTH
5+ years of dedicated experience in automation controls engineering or high-level electro-mechanical industrial maintenance
EDUCATION CORE
Associate Degree in Industrial Automation, Electronics, or a related engineering technology discipline is required
SOFTWARE FLUENCY
Deep practical proficiency utilizing Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC/HMI software suites to execute program edits and modifications
WORK SCHEDULE
Exclusive 1st Shift layout featuring highly flexible start windows (7:00 AM or 9:00 AM start options) + shared technical on-call rotation
EARNING POTENTIAL

This position was created specifically to spearhead upcoming system upgrades and engineer advanced control solutions for newly fabricated, custom machinery built right on the floor. Working alongside an integrated, cross-functional operations team, the lead will operate as the premier subject matter expert in a collaborative workplace that prioritizes true work-life balance and individual technical autonomy. What You Will Be Doing Providing expert technical support and advanced troubleshooting for complex electronic control systems and high-speed drive systems to maximize asset availability. Executing precise PLC programming modifications, logic upgrades, and system optimizations using Allen-Bradley and Siemens development suites. Implementing and refining SCADA solutions to improve real-time data acquisition, plant-wide connectivity, and system performance monitoring. Leading continuous improvement initiatives and control system design projects, utilizing root-cause analysis to engineer layouts for internally upgraded machinery. Partnering cross-functionally across the floor during heavy equipment installations, safely utilizing rigging and material handling assets for industrial loads. Upholding rigorous facility safety benchmarks and 5S organizational standards while participating in a shared, technical on-call rotation.
What We Are Looking For Academic Foundation:
Completed Associate Degree in Industrial Automation, Electronics, or a closely related technical trade discipline.
Controls Track Record:
Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience managing automation controls, system integration, or senior electro-mechanical machinery maintenance.
Software Command:
Strong hands-on familiarity navigating and configuring Allen-Bradley and Siemens hardware, networks, and HMI interfaces.
Document Literacy:
Flawless competency reading and interpreting highly complex engineering documents, multi-page machine schematics, and electrical diagrams.
System Depth:
Comprehensive, safe working knowledge of single/three-phase wiring, industrial AC/DC drives, advanced pneumatics, and hydraulic circuitry.
Strong Pluses:
