Direct-Hire The Opportunity:
Trade the chaotic, 24/7 "on-call" grind of traditional maintenance for a highly structured, stable, Monday through Friday, 1st-shift schedule.
The Hook:
Act as the primary technical subject matter expert over a highly automated, modern robotic infrastructure where skilled technical experts are treated as the most valuable asset in the building.
EXPERIENCE DEPTH
7+ years of dedicated industrial machinery maintenance experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment
AUTOMATION MASTERY
Proven expertise diagnosing and troubleshooting automated machinery and robotics, including deep hands-on PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley or Siemens)
TECHNICAL LITERACY
Advanced proficiency interpreting complex mechanical drawings, multi-page layout blueprints, and sophisticated electrical schematics
WORK SCHEDULE
Stable, fixed 1st Shift layout running Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
EARNING POTENTIAL
$43.00 per hour base rate + multiple annual performance bonuses and a comprehensive corporate benefits package

What You Will Be Doing Performing advanced technical diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and precision repairs on high-capacity industrial automation, complex robotics, and integrated manufacturing lines. Serving as the primary onsite technical authority for Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs, executing advanced troubleshooting, program monitoring, and system optimizations. Interpreting highly complex mechanical blueprints, structural designs, and sophisticated electrical schematics to isolate and resolve high-level system failures rapidly. Executing comprehensive, data-driven preventative maintenance tasks on AC/DC electrical systems, advanced pneumatics, and high-pressure hydraulic circuitry. Utilizing precision welding and shop fabrication skills to safely modify production equipment or repair critical, close-tolerance machine components. Partnering cross-functionally with plant operations leadership to minimize unplanned downtime while providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
What We Are Looking For Maintenance Pedigree:
Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible industrial maintenance experience operating inside a sophisticated, fast-paced manufacturing facility.
Controls & Robotics Depth:
Verifiable expertise interfacing with, configuring, or troubleshooting automated systems, sensors, and major PLC platforms (Allen Bradley/Siemens).
Mechanical & Electrical Mastery:
A strong, comprehensive background executing complex fluid power (pneumatic/hydraulic) rebuilds and high-voltage AC/DC electrical diagnostics.
Fabrication Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency handling industrial welding and machinery modification to support rapid equipment recovery.
