What you will be doing Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of industrial manufacturing equipment Utilizing AC and DC drives to diagnose and address electrical and mechanical issues Working with PLCs for maintenance and troubleshooting of automated equipment Following a rotating 5-day, 12-hour shift schedule, including Saturdays as needed Occasional travel, around two days every other month, based on operational requirements What we are looking for Degree in Electromechanical or related field, or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience Experience with PLC systems, including troubleshooting and basic programming Must have experience with AC and DC drives Commitment to a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including occasional Saturdays Stable work history, with no more than two employers in the last five years Strong collaborative skills essential, as teamwork is crucial in this environment Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder living within 45 minutes of Greater Green Bay
