Job Description

About the Role As a Field Systems Integration Specialist, you will serve as the technical authority for the deployment and optimization of advanced digital manufacturing ecosystems within high-speed production environments. You will drive the successful stabilization of complex IT/OT architectures, ensuring that data platforms and automated machinery operate in perfect harmony to meet critical production milestones. Responsibilities Spearhead the onsite validation and performance tuning of digital manufacturing tools during line commissioning. Serve as the primary technical liaison between cross-functional IT teams, project stakeholders, and plant operations. Resolve complex technical challenges across industrial networks, PLC-based automation systems, and data integration layers. Execute system onboarding, software configuration, and integration testing to ensure seamless operational readiness. Maintain high standards of data integrity and system throughput, providing actionable insights on performance metrics. Manage project documentation, tracking progress and mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery of digital infrastructure. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in industrial commissioning, field service, or technical startup environments. Strong understanding of production line dynamics, specifically within bottling or high-speed packaging sectors. Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting industrial networking protocols and IT/OT convergence. Ability to work autonomously in dynamic, fast-paced customer facilities while maintaining high professional standards. Preferred Skills Academic background in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Industrial Information Technology. Hands-on experience with industrial automation hardware including PLCs and HMI interfaces. Technical certifications related to networking, such as CCNA or CCNP. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills for onsite project coordination.
