TUBE LASER

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate tube laser cutting equipment to process metal tubes and pipes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts from the machine.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings for optimal cutting performance.
• Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Record production data and report any machine issues to supervisors.
• Follow company safety policies and maintain proper housekeeping in the work area. Requirements for Laser Operators

• TUBE LASER

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating laser cutting machines or CNC equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
