Role Description The company is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installation Technician to serve as a field leader on high-end residential technology projects. This role is responsible for leading on-site execution, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring every installation meets Artisan's premium standards of craftsmanship and performance. Additional responsibilities include installation and integration of advanced home technology systems, system configuration, troubleshooting, client communication, and close coordination with Project Management and Engineering teams to deliver a seamless final experience. Requirements 3-5+ years of direct experience installing low-voltage residential technology systems Strong understanding of structured wiring, rack building, and cable management best practices Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, routers, switches, Wi-Fi systems) Ability to read and interpret system drawings and plans Proven ability to lead job sites and mentor junior technicians Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Professional communication skills and client-facing confidence Detail-oriented with pride in clean, organized installations that reflect Artisan's standards Desire to build a long-term career with the company (we will invest in you!)
