Conduct safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations Exercise responsibility for thoroughness, timeliness and accuracy of work performed Support Product Development - Quality & Reliability teams through test execution, documentation, and data analysis Maintain agility and support multiple requests within designated projects while maintaining priority organization and efficiency Follow work instructions and test fixture procedures Prepare efficient test procedures from test specifications Perform hands-on testing using a variety of electrical and mechanical test equipment and techniques Prepare reports utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, databases, spreadsheets and statistical / graphical software Participate in the improvement and development of testing, equipment, and documents Maintain test procedures and equipment according to departmental procedures Support the purchase, transfer, and shipping of equipment and materials Contribute to organizational goals and objectives The TOOLS you'll bring with you: Requires an education equivalent to a technical Associate Degree Excellent organization & communication skills Experience with test equipment, test procedures and methods, technical writing, mechanical/electrical principles High proficiency of Computer Skills and Microsoft Office products Knowledge of test concepts in the design and development of products and components.
