Hardware Testing Technician Celerity Staffing Solutions - 4.7 Middleton, WI Job Details Temp-to-hire $23 - $25 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Benefits from day one Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Hardware Products Testing Technician If you have at least 3+ years of general maintenance (commercial), locksmithing, carpentry and/or masonry experience, this role may be for you! Our Madison West/Middleton client is seeking someone to assist their technician team with product testing. Bring your team-player mentality, desire to work with your hands, schematics and more. This temporary-to-hire role will give you evenings and weekends off along with excellent benefits upon hire! Benefits from Day 1 including weekly pay, PTO and more.
Essential Functions:
Setting up test apparatus for Door Hardware testing (Hinges, door closers, door locks, and deadbolts) Building simple test fixtures Preparing test samples which may include assembly tasks Operating test equipment Obtaining and recording test data in accordance with standards Analyze test data and performing routing calculations Prepare technical reports Maintaining equipment and facilities Performing other work as required
Schedule:
Weekdays 7:30am-4pm
Pay Range:
$23-25•/hr depending on experience This position requires a pre-employment drug screening, education verification, valid driver's license and criminal background check, which will be all be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. A negative drug screening result is required for employment. Refusal to take the test or a positive result may disqualify a candidate from further consideration. All drug screening will be conducted in accordance with federal and state laws.
