Job Description
We are a locally owned technology services provider operating in Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, and we are currently seeking an Experienced Printer/Copier Technician to join our growing team. If you're someone with strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, and a background in copier and printer service and repair, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of copiers, printers, and multifunction devices Install and configure new office equipment at client locations Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections on copier and printer hardware Troubleshoot mechanical and image quality issues, replacing parts and consumables as necessary Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports Educate clients on proper use and care of office equipment Provide exceptional customer service and communicate professionally with clients and coworkers Stay current on updates and training for supported hardware and software Other duties as assignedQualifications:
2+ years of experience servicing and repairing office copiers and printers Strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry tools/parts as needed Technical certifications from copier manufacturers are a plus Why Join Us?
