In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, utilizing advanced laser technology to produce high-quality products. If you have a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Set up and operate laser cutting machines to produce parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine cutting specifications. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency, making adjustments as needed. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment to ensure optimal performance. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in laser operation or related field is a plus. Proven experience operating laser cutting machines in a manufacturing setting. Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
