$24-28/hour (based on experience) Job Summary We are seeking an Engineering Technician to support electronics manufacturing operations by optimizing test processes, supporting new product introductions (NPI), and maintaining advanced test equipment. This role works closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure efficient, reliable testing of PCBA products in a high?volume manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands?on technician with electronics and manufacturing test experience who is looking to grow their career in advanced manufacturing. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain test environments and procedures for PCBA products Manage and optimize SMT production line test capacity and utilization Program, maintain, and troubleshoot testing equipment such as ICT, Flying Probe, X?ray (AXI), and functional test systems Perform failure analysis, identify root causes, and rmend corrective actions Monitor and improve test station performance metrics (yield, throughput, downtime, etc.) Provide technical training to operators and technicians on test equipment and procedures Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) validation, pilot, and ramp?up activities Coordinate and support preventive maintenance programs for test equipment Troubleshoot test?related issues to support daily production needs Participate in PFMEA activities and continuous improvement initiatives Document procedures and support standardization across test operations Qualifications Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field preferred 2-3 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing and electronics testing Hands?on experience with SMT processes and advanced test systems strongly preferred Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast?paced production setting Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $24-28/hour Direct hire opportunity Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and disability coverage 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off, holidays, and vacation Opportunities for career growth and advancement within manufacturing and engineering operations

Pay Details:
