Maintenance Specialist

Summary:

Reports directly to the Facilities & Maintenance Manager and acts as a liaison for the management team heading up preventive maintenance and facilities upgrades in the production facilities. Coaches and trains new staff and work close with the production team troubleshooting building needs. Helps maintain a clean, safe and inviting facility. Acts a Leader and a positive face for the company and is a voice for Cruisers Yachts.

Main Responsibilities:

Position Summary:

Responsible for overall building and equipment maintenance including, but not limited to, HVAC, lamination, and production.

Essential Responsibilities, Duties, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• HVAC
• Maintain/repair lamination equipment
• Maintain/repair assembly equipment
• Maintain/repair support departments equipment
• Maintain/repair buildings and grounds
• Carpentry
• Trouble shooting
• Welding
• Regular inspections of compressor, vacuum pump, AHV
• Read/interpret wiring schematics
• Ability to successfully perform essential functions of jobs 3205 and 3206
• Basic reading skills
• Basic writing skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to use power/air tools
• Work with in safety standards
• Work to assigned schedule
