Shifts:
2nd & 3rd Available The Maintenance Technician will perform machine calibrations, compile and analyze statistical data for critical equipment, and assist with machine optimization as needed About the Role Join a global leader in smart manufacturing, supporting advanced testing of computer, server, networking, and wireless systems . You will execute ATP (Acceptance Test Procedures) , debug failures across software/firmware/hardware layers, and ensure network-enabled products meet performance standards before release. Primary Responsibilities Support production in resolving process and equipment issues Perform daily preventive maintenance of SMT equipment Work with Field Service Support to resolve equipment issues and perform upgrades Fabricate and maintain manufacturing jigs, fixtures, and other tooling Compile and analyze statistical data for critical equipment process and machine health Create profile boards, profiles, and set up profile parameters for wave soldering and re-flow ovens Perform machine calibrations and diagnostics Maintain PM software system, parts inventory, and order parts Required Qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred 1 year experience in a related field required Experience with SMT equipment preferred Physical requirements: Ability to lift/carry 25-50lbs, stand/walk for 8+ hours. This role is not suitable for warehouse, production, or general assembly backgrounds without electronics troubleshooting experience.
