Summary Join Airtec Sports as a Powersports Service Technician in our dealership located in Rice Lake, WI. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining and repairing a variety of powersports vehicles and marine units, ensuring our customers receive top-tier service that aligns with our company's mission of excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and repairs on powersports vehicles, including UTVs, ATVs, and snowmobiles. Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively. Conduct routine maintenance and preventive services to ensure vehicle safety and performance. Utilize mechanical knowledge and tools to diagnose electrical problems. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards. Keep detailed records of repairs and services performed. Stay updated on the latest vehicle technologies and repair techniques. Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Technician, preferably in powersports or automotive industries. Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and team-oriented attitude. Valid driver's license - Required for conducting test drives. Experience with equipment repair and maintenance is a plus. Certifications related to vehicle repair or technical training are advantageous.

Compensation:

Hourly rate plus commissions! Schedule Tuesday through Friday Final schedule will be determined by the Store Manager.
