Job Description

Are You the Problem-Solver Our Automation Line Needs? If you thrive in a high-ownership environment where integrity matters and teamwork fuels results, Alliance Laundry Systems wants to meet you. Imagine stepping onto a well-orchestrated second shift where your know-how keeps production humming—and your team has your back with clear rules and direction. Ask Yourself… Can you design minor electrical circuits and quickly troubleshoot PLC and electronic control issues? Do hydraulic and pneumatic schematics make sense to you—and can you spot faults fast? Are you confident installing controls from schematics/blueprints and doing layouts for new services like panels, breakers, and conduit? Could you mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures and finish circuits precisely to spec? When equipment fails, will you dismantle the machinery and replace parts—brushes, armatures, and more—without hesitation? Are you fluent in interpreting blueprints, working from sketches or verbal instructions, and documenting your work in a CMMS? Do you bring knowledge of electrical power and water distribution and the ability to perform basic mechanical repairs? Are you able to direct colleagues in lower classifications while also pitching in on their tasks when needed? What the Role Entails Monitor installed electrical equipment for hazards and performance; make adjustments or replacements using proper test instruments.
