Job Summary:
We are seeking Electro Mechanical Technicians to support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical, electronic, PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Candidates will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Install and maintain electrical controls, motors, transformers, panels, breakers, conduit, and related equipment Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on manufacturing equipment Test, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues using appropriate tools and testing instruments Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities Utilize CMMS software to document maintenance work and search for parts Assist with electrical power and water distribution system maintenance Follow safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Technology, or a related technical field
Electro Mechanical Technician II:
2-4 years of relevant electromechanical maintenance experience
Electro Mechanical Technician III:
5+ years of relevant electromechanical maintenance experience Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Manufacturing Maintenance, Equipment Troubleshooting, Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, PLC Troubleshooting. Experience troubleshooting PLCs and electrical control systems Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Experience using a CMMS is preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
