Job Description

We are currently hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are seeking candidates with strong experience in electrical, mechanical, and automation systems. Position Summary The Maintenance Technician will support production by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex equipment and systems. This role partners closely with Engineering to implement improvements and new equipment while ensuring all work meets safety and code requirements. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems (conveyors, bearings, belts, frameworks) Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics Diagnose and repair electrical systems (480V, 240V, 120V, 24VDC) Build and maintain electrical panels and components Perform maintenance on pneumatic and hydraulic systems (motors, valves, cylinders, sensors) Utilize tools such as multimeters, megohm meters, welders, torches, and fabrication equipment Troubleshoot and make minor modifications to PLC programs (Allen Bradley & Siemens platforms) Support and troubleshoot robotic systems (ABB), including program adjustments and calibrations Maintain and adjust vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, etc.) Troubleshoot and support laser systems (Keyence, Mecco) Perform preventative maintenance and document completed work Collaborate across shifts and departments to resolve production issues Qualifications Associate's Degree in Electromechanical Technology (or related field) required 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and automation systems Experience with PLCs, robotics, and industrial controls preferred Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or on a team Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Ability to climb ladders and work at heights Comfortable working in confined spaces Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours) Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and lifts Willingness to work overtime as needed Compensation Compensation is based on experience and skill level:
General Maintenance Technician:
$28.82 - $36.58 Electromechanical /
Technical Talent:
Up to $38.81 Journeyman-Level (Maintenance, Electrician): $43.13
Multi-Craft Journeyman:
$45.35
